How do I log in to Greenbox?

Go to the OGE Greenbox Home Page, enter your email address and password, and click the Sign in button.

How do I sign out of Greenbox?

Just click on the "log out" link at the top of any page.

What is my username?

Your username is the email address you registered with Greenbox.

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

On the log in page, click on the link "I forgot my password" to retrieve or reset your password.

I cannot access my account. What should I do?

Make sure your caps lock key is not on when entering your password. If you need to reset your password, click on the link "I forgot my password".

When I try to log in, I get an error that my web browser doesn't appear to have cookies enabled. How can I log in?

First check your browser's settings has cookies enabled. If they are, you may need to clear your cookies and try logging in again.

How do I enable cookies?

To enable cookies in IE 7:

- Click Start > Control Panel.
- Double-click the Internet Options icon.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click the Advanced button.
- Select the option 'Override automatic cookie handling' under the Cookies section in the Advanced Privacy Settings window.
- Select the 'Accept' or 'Prompt' option under 'First-party Cookies.'
- Select the 'Accept' or 'Prompt' option under 'Third-party Cookies.'
- In the Internet Options window, click OK to exit.

To enable cookies in IE 6:

- Click Start > Control Panel.
- Click the Advanced button.
- Select the option 'Override Automatic Cookie Handling.'
- Select the 'Accept' or 'Prompt' option under 'First-party Cookies.'
- Select the 'Accept' or 'Prompt' option under 'Third-party Cookies.'
- In the Internet Options window, click OK to exit.

To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox 2.x (PC):

- Click Tools > Options.
- Click Privacy in the top panel.
- Select the checkbox labeled 'Accept cookies from sites.'
- Click OK.

To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox (Mac):

- Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Privacy.
- Under Cookies, select the option 'Allow sites to set Cookies.'

To enable cookies in Safari:

- Go to the Safari drop-down menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Security in the top panel.
- Under 'Accept Cookies' select the option 'Only from sites you navigate to.'

How do I clear my cookies?

To clear your cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer:

- Select Tools > Internet Options > General again.
- Delete your browser's cookies.
- For IE version 7:
- Click the Delete button.
- Click Delete cookies... under the heading Cookies.
- For IE version 6, click Delete Cookies... under the heading Temporary Internet files.
- Click OK for the prompt labeled Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?
- Click OK to exit.

To clear your cookies in Mozilla Firefox:

- Click Tools > Options > Privacy.
- Delete your cookies.
- For Firefox version 2.0, click Clear Now under the Private Data heading.
- For Firefox version 1.5 or earlier, click Cookies > Clear.
- Click OK to exit.

To clear your cookies in Safari:

- Go to the Safari drop-down menu.
- Select Empty Cache...

What are the system requirements of Greenbox

For Windows we support web browsers Internet Explorer 6 or 7 and Mozilla Firefox 2. For Macintosh we support browsers Safari 2.0 and Mozilla Firefox 2. You must also install the Adobe Flash Player 9 and have cookies enabled in your web browser.

I don't see any of the charts. Could it be a Flash error?

If you don't have Flash Player 9 installed, please go to Adobe.com and click on the link to update or get Flash Player for your browser.
